The man believed to be responsible for the violent attack that occurred in Sassari in early September, when a man was found in a city park in critical condition, unconscious and with serious head injuries, was placed under house arrest with an electronic bracelet.

Initially, rescuers had assumed the injuries could have been the result of an accidental fall. However, subsequent investigations by the Flying Squad, supported by technical and scientific findings from the Forensic Police, overturned the initial hypothesis.

Investigative investigations have in fact allowed us to ascertain that the injuries were not compatible with a fall, but rather with a voluntary assault .

Step by step, investigators managed to track down a suspect suspected of committing the crime, and the judicial authorities have now ordered him to be placed under house arrest.
