Sassari, gropes a 20-year-old on the street: sentenced to one year and four months

One year and 4 months for groping a girl in Via Torre Tonda in July 2023.

This morning, preliminary hearing judge Sergio De Luca sentenced a 35-year-old from Teramo who, according to the charges, groped a 20-year-old woman who was walking through the Via Tavolara area at night with a group of friends.

These had been approached by some men who had tried to make advances but were refused.

According to the injured party, the 35-year-old from Abruzzo had touched the 20-year-old and, at this point, both the police and 118 were called and the young woman was taken to the emergency room for psychological support. The public prosecutor was Angelo Beccu.
