He was accused of putting his hands on the buttocks of an eleven-year-old girl , in 2021, in a town in the Sassari hinterland. And yesterday in court in Sassari, in the assize court, he was acquitted by the panel chaired by judge Monia Adami, alongside Valentina Nuvoli and Paolo Bulla, because the fact does not constitute a crime .

According to the accusation, supported by prosecutor Angelo Beccu, the accused would have lingered on the buttock of the minor inside a room in a town in the province. There were two witnesses to the gesture, friends of the offended party, reports the public prosecutor who, also on this element, based the request for one year and 10 months of imprisonment, judging the man's action as voluntary .

But for defense lawyer Anna Maria Santoru there was no certain proof of what had happened and, in her opinion, the psychological element was also absent. In consideration of this, the lawyer rejected the compensation requests of the civil party, assisted by the lawyer Maria Giovanna Marras, arguing that the medical certificate produced, which took into account the health conditions of the very young girl, had arrived too late compared to the alleged crime.
