Fire alarm in Sassari during the night between Sunday and Monday.

A team of firefighters responded to a fire in a two-story building between Vicolo Viola and Via Mercato.
The 115 men took steps to extinguish the flames and secure the area, managing to contain the damage to only the ground floor room.

According to initial reports, the building was occupied by homeless people. No one was reported injured, and the damage was limited to one bed.

The fire appears to have been caused by an accident. State Police were also on site.
