Firefighters were at work this morning in Sassari on a fire that broke out in a building on Via Romangia, in the Monte Rosello neighborhood. The blaze appears to have started in a clothes dryer.

The firefighters' prompt response limited the damage and prevented the flames from spreading. Carabinieri from the Sassari Company were also on site. No injuries or intoxications were reported.
