Drug delivery to a house in Sassari. Carabinieri arrested a 30-year-old Ghanaian man yesterday in the historic center. Upon receiving a call from a customer, he came down from his home and handed over the drugs.
The officers noticed the comings and goings and intervened, arresting the non-EU citizen red-handed for possession of drugs with intent to sell. They then seized approximately 40 grams of marijuana and a couple of grams of cocaine from the foreigner.
Today he was taken to court for a summary hearing, at the end of which Judge Giancosimo Mura ordered the suspect, defended by lawyer Massimiliano Tore, to report to the police station twice a week, a measure urged by prosecutor Antonio Piras.
