With a protest note sent to the regional health councilor Bartolazzi, the secretariats of Cgil, Cisl and Uil of the public function of Sassari denounce the umpteenth mockery towards the staff. The Region is accused of not having respected the agreements relating to the incentives of two distinct lines: the first concerns the staff working in peripheral facilities, the second the activities related to transplants.

Incentives offered to staff working night shifts uncovered due to the absence of colleagues and thus guaranteeing services . A first installment was paid, the last two years (2021/2023) brought out the bitter surprise with a premium reduced by about 70%, compared to the value envisaged in the regional resolutions.

In other words, based on some variables related to the number of shifts and the distance from the workplace, the salary went from 155 to 54 euros for shifts performed on-site and from 275 to 54 euros for those away from the workplace . The regional health councilor Bartolazzi was immediately called upon to resolve the dispute as soon as possible, which has the flavor of a real mockery, the unions complain.
