A fire broke out last night on Via Nurra in Sassari, caused by a car burning inside an underground garage .

Firefighters immediately began extinguishing the blaze, trying to contain it and prevent it from spreading to other cars. At the same time, the building was evacuated because smoke was filling the stairwell .

Meanwhile, the operations room had sent the air wagon to supply the operators with cylinders and a tanker for the water supply.

No injuries were reported, the operation lasted approximately 4 hours.
