There were many who protested the situation .

So far a "buffer solution" has been found, one of the old-fashioned ones: to circumscribe the area of the leak with some chairs in the waiting room, collect the water in the bins and, when that is not enough, contain it in absorbent paper sheets. Obviously, a definitive solution will have to be found as soon as possible.
