A child of only 18 months is hospitalized in very serious conditions in the hospital of Sassari, for a heroin overdose.

The little boy would have found the drug in the house, he would have touched it and then put his hand in his mouth, immediately accusing himself of an illness.

After the alarm raised by the parents, of Nigerian origin and already known to the police precisely for drug-related investigations, the child was rescued and urgently transported to the Santissima Annunziata.

Here the doctors immediately activated the protocols to save his life.

The Police Headquarters was also notified of the incident, which initiated investigations, alerting the Prosecutor's Office, which could soon take measures against the child's mother and father.
