Yet another fire has broken out in the urban gardens on Via Paganini in Sassari, in the Santa Maria di Pisa neighborhood.
Last night, one of the small houses built by the previous administration in 2023-24 to accommodate a growing operation caught fire . At the time, 15 small houses had been built on plots of land measuring 50-60 square meters, where vegetables, from tomatoes to courgettes, were to be grown. But in recent years, the ecological dream has been destroyed by looting, illegal occupation, and, indeed, fires .
Last night's fire was the third in three years, and now the new municipal administration will be forced to eliminate the entire blaze once the cleanup process is complete. Firefighters were on site yesterday to extinguish the fire.
