"I am ready to file a complaint." The owner of Florgarden in Sassari, Francesco Carboni, intervenes after several reports of people who showed up at citizens' homes claiming to have to deliver plants from the company.

"We make home deliveries - specifies Carboni - but only after having made an appointment with the recipient of the flowers or other products and never without notice."

But there have already been several incidents in which people have pretended to come from Florgarden and now the fear is that a scam could take place .

"It happened with an elderly woman who, fortunately, did not answer. So I remind you not to open if you have not been contacted by us first."

The company's website explicitly states that, in the cases cited, you should not open the door and that you should call the police. "As far as I know," adds Carboni, " our fake representatives have tried to sell vases branded "Florgarden" that I fear were stolen from the cemetery . Unfortunately, we have also had several reports of this."
