The case had ended up in the Juvenile Court and had been reported to the Public Prosecutor who, having acknowledged the complaint, with the authorization of the Court of Sassari proceeded to remove the man from his daughter and his wife , the latter victim of emotional and not physical.

In the courtroom, before the panel presided over by Judge Monia Adami, alongside Valentina Nuvoli and Paolo Bulla, the 53-year-old , in the last hearing, admitted to having used physical violence against his daughter , recognizing that the path of psychological support for the reconstruction of parenthood , proposed by the defense lawyer, Luigi Satta, and by the civil parties' lawyer, Sabrina Falchi, helped the family members to overcome the difficulties and disputes .

At the request of his wife and daughter and with the authorization of the ordinary court, the man returned to live with his family.
