Sassari, a car chase through the city over a stolen van: one arrest, Carabinieri at gunpoint

Carabinieri officers fired machine guns this morning in Sassari at the new roundabout after Sant'Orsola, recently inaugurated.

Around 9 am, the Sassari Radiomobile officers, and later those from Porto Torres, stopped a stolen red van and handcuffed one person.

The State Police also participated in the intervention.
