Doctors and the entire sector, nurses, administrators, and healthcare workers: the healthcare system is in turmoil from north to south of the island. Generally, they report severe staffing shortages, disorganization and disruption, long-unresolved contractual issues, and problems that are leading to ongoing mobilization, strikes, sit-ins, and protest letters that reveal anger and frustration, ultimately impacting patient care.
