Another day of fire in Sardinia. There are 19 fires that broke out today in the regional territory .
Three of the largest ones required the intervention of the regional fleet's helicopters.
In the countryside of Bonorva, in the "M.giu Nurapè" area , an aircraft from Anela intervened. On site, coordinated by the staff of the Forestry Corps Station of Bonorva, the Barracelli, the civil protection volunteers of Mores and three Forestas teams of Giave-Cossoine.
Two helicopters left for Serri, Tarquara , to put out a fire that broke out in the countryside of the town. Also on site were four Forestas teams and volunteers from the "Sarcidano" Civil Protection of Isili, coordinated by the Forestry Corps Station of Isili.
Finally, yet another fire in Pratosardo, on the outskirts of Nuoro, where an aircraft intervened together with three Forestas teams and the volunteers of the Civil Protection of Nuoro "ProtCiv Nuorese" and "Org VAB". The firefighting operations ended shortly after 4pm.
