Sardinia, bank robberies "cleared": no assaults in 12 months

The number of bank robberies carried out in Sardinia is reduced to zero.
The island is - in fact - one of the four Italian regions where in 2023 there was not even an attack by criminals on branches of the various credit institutions.
This was reported by the Ossif observatory of the ABI, the Italian Banking Association.
According to the report, in 2022 there were three bank robberies in Sardinia, last year, as mentioned, none were carried out.
Besides the island, the Marche (from 5 in 2022), Molise (from 1) and Trentino-Alto Adige (from 3) are also at zero.
Robberies also decreased in: Abruzzo (-50%, from 2 to 1), Calabria (-50%, from 2 to 1), Emilia Romagna (-27.3%, from 11 to 8), Lazio (-22 .2%, from 9 to 7), Liguria (-50%, from 2 to 1), Lombardy (-40.6%, from 32 to 19), Piedmont (-22.2%, from 9 to 7), Puglia (-83.3%, from 6 to 1), Sicily (-22.2%, from 18 to 14), Tuscany (-50%, from 10 to 5), Veneto (-50%, from 2 to 1 ).
Raids on the increase, however, in Basilicata (with 1 robbery from 0), Campania (with 9 robberies from 8), Friuli-Venezia Giulia (with 1 robbery from 0), Umbria (with 3 robberies from 1) and Valle d'Aosta (with 1 robbery from 0).
