This morning, the Sardara military, with the support of the Cagliari Labor Inspectorate (NIL), carried out a targeted inspection to verify compliance with labor and safety regulations in commercial establishments.
The inspection focused on a local bar. Following the investigation, the business owner, a 33-year-old shopkeeper, was reported at large to the Public Prosecutor's Office.
According to what emerged during the inspection , a video surveillance system suitable for remote monitoring of workers' activities had been installed inside the premises, without the necessary union agreement or authorization from the Territorial Labor Inspectorate, as required by current legislation.
For the violation, a fine of €387.25 was assessed. Nil has informed the judicial authorities, who will proceed according to their jurisdiction.
