The mountain road that leads from provincial road 19 to Badde Urbara has been waiting for a long time to be redeveloped, and now it is finally safe to drive on.

This is a crucial project for the regeneration and safety of the area, with a contracted value of 250,000 euros.

The surrounding areas were also redeveloped, with lateral drainage channels constructed to drain rainwater. The entire area was reclaimed to protect the soil from erosion and runoff and ensure easy access for RAI vehicles and the Forestas construction site. The road leads to the important telecommunications site, home to TV and radio antennas and repeaters that broadcast the signal across half of Sardinia. Forestas personnel also used it to access the Pabarile forestry construction site.
The entire area had been engulfed by flames from the great fire of four years ago.
