Starting at 8:00 p.m. on Thursday, April 17, via GM Angioy, in the stretch between via Roma and via Crispi, will undergo significant changes to the road system to allow for the preparation of the spaces necessary for the historic May Day procession.

This is provided for by the executive order 854/2025 issued by the Mobility Service of the Municipality of Cagliari, which will be in force until Tuesday 6 May inclusive.

In detail, a parking ban with forced removal will be established from 8pm on 17 April until midnight on 6 May, excluding authorised vehicles .

It is also expected that vehicular transit will be prohibited in the same stretch and period, with the exception of authorized vehicles. And the closure to pedestrian transit on the sidewalk on the Palazzo Civico side, also in this case reserved only for authorized vehicles.

The measure is necessary to allow the movement and storage of barriers , essential for the safe conduct of the most heartfelt celebration by the people of Cagliari, which every year attracts thousands of faithful and tourists.
