In San Vero Milis, no time is wasted. This morning, at 8:00 a.m. sharp, when the polling station opened, mayoral candidate Andrea Atzori filed his civic list, "San Vero Milis and Marine Future Together," with the Town Hall.
Atzori, who ran alongside candidate Irene Erdas, physically delivered the documents required to participate in the municipal elections on June 7 and 8 to the secretary general.
"At this time, no objections have been raised," Atzori stated. "We confidently await the Oristano District Electoral Commission's approval of the election." Now, the campaign officially begins. Atzori has already announced the first public meeting, scheduled for Sunday, May 10, on the Putzu Idu seafront from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. "We will show up with four flags and a small table to discuss the future of San Vero and the marinas with the citizens," Atzori explained. "I will be there, along with candidates Irene Erdas, Rosalba Corona, Dino Aru, Luca Deias, and Alessandro Dessì."
The other two mayoral candidates will also present their lists between today and tomorrow.
