Lady Luck kisses San Gavino Monreale and brings in a whopping €50,000 in one of the latest SuperEnalotto special draws.

The win was made at the historic 'Bar Congia' on Via Roma, open since 1920 and now run by Annalisa Pilloni and Raffaele Podda: "I have no idea who made this win," explains the latter, "but I hope the 50,000 euros went to someone who might need it. I encourage people to check the entry code at the bottom of their SuperEnalotto ticket."

On the same day, another player took home 504 euros and came to collect his stake: in this case, it was a winner not from San Gavino, but from one of the nearby towns.

This isn't the first time a significant win has been made, as Raffaele Podda points out: "Even in October, a SuperEnalotto draw rewarded 10,000 euros to a player who visited our shop: we don't know who might have won." So the hunt for the lucky winner has begun, but it won't be easy to find him because the money will be collected from the bank.

Raffaele Podda and Annalisa Pilloni work tirelessly to run their business and are always present at important events like the Saffron Exhibition: "It's important," explains Raffaele Podda, "to spread the events across Via Roma to accommodate all the businesses that can benefit."
