San Gavino, a mural and a conference against discrimination against women

Valuing the role of women in society and their emancipation against all types of discrimination .

With this aim in mind, the new project promoted by the Equal Opportunities Department of the Municipality of San Gavino Monreale in collaboration with the Alfabeta social cooperative is launched.

The councilor Silvia Mamusa , 48 years old, points this out, who in recent years has followed many initiatives related to inclusion issues.

The mural will be made in via Maria Carta with the support of the cultural association which in recent years has changed the face of the town, transforming San Gavino Monreale into an open-air museum with beautiful murals created both in the suburbs and in the heart of the historic centre.
