On Sunday 10 December the seventh appointment of Saboris Antigus stops in Guasila. A country immersed in golden hills of wheat, a treasure chest of important traditions linked to the Marian faith, ancient recipes, important archaeological sites and, last but not least, a place of cultural meetings and a festival, combined with the literary prize, dedicated to the memory of anthropologist and intellectual from Guasile Giulio Angioni: the Elsewhere Festival.

This is the program of the day: at 8 and 10 am mass in the sanctuary of the Blessed Virgin Assunta; from 10am and throughout the day the opening of the museums, the food and wine tour, the exhibition of artisans, traders and hobbyists and the demonstration of ancient crafts. At 10am in the Fratelli Medas theater the dressing of the traditional female dress by the Su Zinnibiri San Pietro folkloric association; at 10.30 am the visit to the domus de janas “Riu sa mela” and in Piazza De Gasperi the reading workshop for children organized by the municipal library: at 11 am in Piazza Municipio wine experiences with the Nuovi Poderi di Senorbì winery and the launeddas workshop and music by the Symponia Association in via Roma. From 11am to 2.30pm musical entertainment with Sonus de Beranu, with Andrea Puddu's accordion, Luigi Cordeddu's accordion and Gianluca Cossu on percussion; in Piazza Municipio traveling music with the launeddas of Andrea Contu and Stefano Pinna. At 11.30 am the guided tour of the historic center and, in Piazza De Gasperi, the puppet show with "The Cocomero Companies". At 12, in Piazza Municipio, Sentidu, by and with Gianluca Medas.

After the lunch break in the inns and refreshment points, the event resumes with afternoon appointments: at 3pm in Montegranatico the presentation of the book "Senza pelle" by Bonni Altea, edited by Alessandra Sorcinelli; at 3.30 pm guided tour of the historic center and reading workshop for children organized by the municipal library. At 4pm in Piazza Municipio the Saboris in Festa concert with Giuliano Marongiu, Benito Urgu, Maria Giovanna Cherchi, Alessandro Pili, Cecilia Concas, Roberto Tangianu, Incantos, Lucia Budroni, Peppino Bande and various folk groups from Sardinia. At 7pm musical entertainment with Andrea Puddu's accordion, Luigi Cordeddu's accordion and Gianluca Cossu on percussion. There will also be exhibitions of silver and vestments from the liturgical furnishings of the Parish, memorabilia from the First World War and artistic ceramics by Tina Cosseddu; the exhibition of agricultural tools and daily life of the past, the painting exhibition of Anna Rita Atzori and the presentation of the project “Homage to the Great Artists” by Maddalena Mereu; the exhibition between past, present and future curated by Farmacia Ancona with tasting of the Apotheke cocktail, and the demonstration of hand-crafted stone processing curated by Cherubino Mungianu.
