The first phase of work in the Duilio Casula Emergency Room was completed today, involving the shock room, the decontamination room, and part of the medical supplies.

The second phase begins now, with work planned in the area in front of the plaster cast room until the first half of June. The third and fourth phases will follow, and will conclude in the first half of August.

"Despite the ongoing work," says Vincenzo Serra , General Director of the Cagliari University Hospital, "the Policlinico Emergency Room has, on average, treated the same number of patients as in the weeks before the renovations began. This was all possible thanks to the hard work of all our staff, doctors, nurses, healthcare assistants, and technicians."

"The company management," he continued, "is deeply grateful to its employees who have worked and continue to work under challenging conditions to ensure high-quality care and assistance for everyone. A heartfelt thanks also goes to the Technical Office and the workers who are continuing the renovation of the Emergency Room."
