Some numbers are already known: from the first maneuver of the Todde Council, we know that 50% of the resources will be dedicated to health care – more or less as in the last legislature –, 17% to "obligatory" expenses , that is, those for the payment of personnel, mortgages and other items, 8% to the fund for local authorities . If we then add to these chapters transport (about 4%) and social policies (another 5%) we understand that the amount of funds that can actually be used to characterize the financial law is reduced .
The unions have begun to discuss the measure in broad terms together with the councilor for Programming Giuseppe Meloni. "We have put forward a specific request , that is, to allocate adequate resources for an Agency for the economic and industrial development of Sardinia with a special fund for the ecological, energy and industrial transition ", summarizes the secretary of the Cgil Fausto Durante. More generally, the request is to "be able to have the texts to verify in detail how they want to distribute the resources in the various chapters". But it is still too early to be able to go into detail. So much so that in the background there is the risk of provisional exercise.
Pending the draft of the budget, the Council approved yesterday a major budget variation of 530 million euros . More than a third of the resources will be used for health, and in particular to cover the deficit of health companies. The other main items concern local authorities, public works and cyber security.
