The autopsy ordered by the Prosecutor's Office and carried out by the coroner Giampaolo Maietta did not resolve the family's doubts about the death of the 44-year-old real estate agent, found lifeless Thursday evening, inside his car, after falling from a ravine that borders provincial road 19 in Castiadas. The expert reportedly identified wounds on his arms and body, probably self-inflicted, which however did not determine his death, which was most likely attributable to the road accident.

Funerals blocked

Initially, yesterday morning, the prosecutor Leo had returned the body to the family and given the green light to the funeral, but then came the decision to keep the body available. The lawyer Piscitelli has indicated the criminologist Roberta Bruzzone as his consultant, also reserving the possibility of appointing a medical examiner: experts who, in the coming days, could ask to carry out an external examination or have a discussion with the public prosecutor's consultant.

The investigation

The opening of a case was necessary (for the moment manslaughter is assumed, but in a few days the investigation could turn into induction to suicide) because of the message that appeared on Facebook in the real estate agent's personal profile. In the message, the 44-year-old seemed to announce intentions of suicide, but with very harsh accusations against people linked to his work environment.
