Rapper Diss Gacha (Gabriele Pastero, 24) is also among those accused of the assault he suffered by a firefighter on August 17 last year in Olbia, during a concert of the Red Valley event.

The singer's name is listed as a suspect, along with two of his collaborators, according to documents from the Tempio Pausania prosecutor's office. Deputy prosecutor Alessandro Bosco signed notices that were served at law firms in Olbia.

The investigation by the Police Station staff describes an assault against the team leader, who was targeted while working. The alleged crimes include assault, threats, and insult. The victim is classified as a public official, and the entire incident is being retraced, reporting the conduct against a person who, according to the prosecutor, was acting to ensure everyone's safety.

The firefighter's team leader from the Olbia detachment reportedly advised people not to linger in the "buffer" zones, spaces reserved exclusively for safety personnel and emergency response personnel. The firefighter was physically assaulted and pushed by people present under the stage. According to prosecutor Alessandro Bosco, Gabriele Pastero was among them. The firefighter's unions had announced legal action to protect the victim of the alleged attack and expressed solidarity with the team leader of the Olbia detachment.
