Productivity bonuses included in the paychecks for approximately 2,500 employees of the Sassari Local Health Authority.
The company itself announced this at the conclusion of the employee performance evaluation cycle and the achievement of pre-established objectives.
"The Management of the Sassari Local Health Authority," a statement reads, "would like to express sincere thanks to the Administrative Department staff for their commitment and professionalism, which have made this important achievement possible . Their continued dedication has been crucial. Further thanks go to the Board of Statutory Auditors for their continued and fruitful collaboration, which is essential to streamlining processes and ensuring maximum transparency and fairness in company management."
After certifying the achievement of the established objectives, on September 11th the Board of Statutory Auditors certified the economic and financial compatibility of the proposed supplementary bargaining agreements for 2024, thus giving the green light for the payment of the productivity of the Sector's staff and the performance bonus for the Healthcare Management and PTA.
The bonuses can thus be paid out with the October salary.
