The Carabinieri of La Maddalena arrested a 48-year-old man, accused of the crimes of robbery, injury and ill-treatment, all committed against his wife.

"I don't give a damn, I have horns and we are on everyone's lips, let me be that I'll kill him" : there is the motive for a long series of violence in the words spoken by the Magdalenino, even in front of the Carabinieri and referring to his partner .

The man, before being blocked and arrested, threatened the woman as she destroyed the victim's car (a Fiat 500).

Weapon personnel put an end to an escalation of violence. According to the documents of the investigation, the victim was forced to flee with the children and take refuge in the parents' home.

But that didn't help either. There is talk of several episodes. In August the victim is threatened in front of her friends, on October 19 she is hit with a head and when she is on the ground also with several kicks. Ten days later, the man beats his wife to take her cell phone. Finally, last Monday, the man shows up in front of the building where his partner now lives and begins to damage his car. The Carabinieri put an end to the raid and the Maddalenino was taken to prison. Tomorrow the man, defended by lawyers Claudia Satta and Domenico Putzolu, will be heard by the investigating judge of Tempio.
