Death threats and insults, sometimes in front of his minor son. These are the charges against a man from Porto Torres, accused of domestic abuse against his ex-partner that allegedly occurred in 2020 and earlier.

The trial opened in recent days in the Assize Court before Judge Valentina Nuvoli with the testimony of the injured party.

According to the charges, after the end of their relationship, the man allegedly addressed a series of insults to the woman, including phrases such as: "Where I find you, I'll kill you, I'll take your son." He also allegedly spat at her and pulled her hair in the presence of her minor son. And in one specific episode, during an argument that was allegedly caused by jealousy, the defendant allegedly punched and kicked the woman, continuing to address death threats to her.

The accused is defended by the lawyer Maurizio Serra while the woman, who has joined the civil action, is assisted by the lawyer Rossana Dore.
