The permit for the installation of a platform for tables and chairs outside the parking lot on Via Santa Maria Chiara in Pirri was issued in July. But it has now been withdrawn.

The Municipality has revoked the permit for the occupation of public land for the Arabesque company, which manages the Pulcinella bar and delicatessen, at number 150 (next to the historic Mondo Bar).

The decision was made by the Productive Activities Office following an audit of the owner's regular payments. "Previous debts" were discovered.

The provision states that "it is not possible to maintain a public land concession if there are proven debts owed to the Municipality of Cagliari attributable to the exercise of the productive activity."

The company attempted to challenge the decision, but its arguments were rejected. And a formal notice was issued: the road must be cleared.
