Illegal occupation of state-owned land, the Guardia di Finanza confiscates a gazebo on the seafront of Sant'Antioco .
The accusation made by the naval operational section of the Guardia di Finanza, owner of the judicial police operation against the owners of the "I due brothers" restaurant on the seafront, is that of not having taken steps to dismantle the gazebo within the times established in the seasonal concession issued by the state property and therefore continued to occupy the space illegally.
The seals placed on the structure adjacent to the restaurant, one of the busiest in the city, for its good fish-based gastronomy, are there for all to see. The owner, Alessio Serra, has announced an appeal , since the exemptions issued following the pandemic relating to the occupation of public land would, according to him, expire on December 31st.
