Quartucciu, flames among the stubble of Cuccuru Baulanu

Fire in the Quartucciu countryside, in the Cuccuru Baulanu area.

Several hectares of land, much of it stubble, are on fire. The Forestry Corps is responding with the support of two helicopters from the Pula and Villasalto bases. The DOS (Fire Extinguishing Operations Director) of the Sinnai Forestry Station is coordinating the firefighting operations on site.
