A 52-year-old and a 45-year-old from Quartu were arrested for robbery by police officers on the orders of the investigating judge of the Court of Cagliari.

The two had already been reported to the Prosecutor's Office by the same police station on charges of complicity in robbery and extortion.

The crimes would have been committed in recent months against a 40-year-old from Quartucciu. Blocked in the street and threatened with improper weapons, the man was forced to hand over his bicycle, which the attackers would keep until the payment of an alleged debt.

At the conclusion of the investigations, the investigating judge of the Court of Cagliari ordered the arrest of the two suspects: the 52-year-old was arrested yesterday and accompanied to the cell in Uta. The 45-year-old was already in prison as he was detained for another reason.
