The Carabinieri of the Quartu Station have served an order implementing the precautionary measure of prohibiting him from approaching places habitually frequented by the victim against a 41-year-old unemployed man from Cagliari.
The order, issued by the investigating judge, represents the culmination of a complex and detailed investigation conducted by the military, which arose from a complaint filed in early November last year.
The victim had contacted the police to report a violent assault. According to investigators' reconstruction, as reported in a statement, the 41-year-old man entered the victim's home, sparking a heated argument over trivial matters . The argument quickly escalated into a full-blown brawl, which then continued outside the home. After the altercation, the accused took the assaulted person's electric scooter and left.
The evidence gathered by the Carabinieri allowed them to reconstruct a series of unlawful acts, including trespassing, personal injury, robbery, and stalking. Hence the precautionary measure.
