In the early hours of this morning, Carabinieri officers from the Quartu station executed a precautionary warrant against a 45-year-old man, resident in the same city, accused of harassing and stalking his ex-partner.

The order, issued by the investigating judge of the Cagliari Court , prohibits him from approaching places habitually frequented by the 38-year-old woman, with the addition of monitoring by means of an electronic bracelet. The man must maintain a minimum distance of 500 meters from the victim and the places she frequents.

The judge's decision follows the woman's complaint filed with the Quartu Sant'Elena Carabinieri. This morning, the officers served the order and activated an electronic device to monitor the man's movements.
