Quartu, in the house a box equipped for growing marijuana with 12 plants

He grew marijuana indoors, in a box in his home.

A 32-year-old was arrested in Quartu for detention for drug dealing and cultivation.

The agents of the local police station stopped him yesterday morning while he was driving his vehicle. The young man, already known to the police, thinking he was not being observed, threw two bags of marijuana he was hiding in the pocket of his sweatshirt, but the policemen recovered them. They contained ten grams of marijuana.

The search then moved to the house, where the officers found another 120 grams of the same substance and 12 cannabis plants inside a box equipped for indoor cultivation. All the drugs were seized, with 80 euros deemed to be the proceeds of the drug dealing, the man was placed under house arrest.

The arrest was validated by the investigating judge, who postponed the hearing for defense terms.
