The Carabinieri of the local station and the NAS military of Cagliari have imposed administrative fines of two thousand euros on a restaurant in Quartu.

During an inspection of the premises, some deficiencies were identified relating to the prevention and self-control systems , identifying a lack of or incorrect application of procedures based on HACCP principles, protocols that are essential for guaranteeing the wholesomeness of food and protecting the health of consumers.

In addition to the fine, the military issued specific instructions aimed at restoring compliance with the law. The competent administrative authority will be informed of the inspection's findings for appropriate action.
