Carabinieri officers from the Flumini di Quartu Temporary Station arrested a 44-year-old unemployed man in flagrante delicto on charges of tax evasion . The man, currently under house arrest with an electronic bracelet, was caught by the Carabinieri near a well-known coastal club, clearly violating the regulations.

The Carabinieri, having ascertained the absence of any authorization that could justify leaving the home, immediately stopped him and took him to the barracks.

Once the incident had been reconstructed and the formal procedures completed, the arrested man was held in the holding cell, where he will remain in custody pending trial with a fast-track hearing scheduled for tomorrow morning, August 31 , before the Cagliari court.
