Pusceddu murder: those arrested remain silent before the investigating judge; the victim's ex-girlfriend requests house arrest.

The four people arrested by the Carabinieri for the murder of Marco Pusceddu, the 118 emergency worker killed with four gunshots to the chest on the night of 7 August 2025 in Buddusò, at the headquarters of the Intervol association where he worked, remained silent in front of the investigating judge.
This morning, the preliminary hearing with investigating judge Giuseppe Grotteria took place via videoconference between Uta prison and the Sassari Court.
The lawyers recommended silence, and the defendants exercised their right to remain silent, given that the defense does not yet have all the documents relating to the investigation.
Four people are currently in prison. The two alleged instigators of the crime are Maria Cristina Falchi, 57, from Iglesias, Pusceddu's ex-girlfriend (represented by lawyer Alessandra Ferrara), and her current partner, Ramon Pirosu, 45, from Carbonia, a colleague of the victim (represented by lawyer Alessandro Corrias). And those the Prosecutor's Office believes are the perpetrators, hitmen hired with €15,000 according to the prosecution: Bronzo Amhetovic, 42, and Dejane Adzovic, 26 (represented by lawyers Alessio De Gregoris and Michele Satta).
The lawyer representing Maria Cristina Falchi has also requested the revocation of her pre-trial detention and the application of house arrest , arguing that there is no risk of her fleeing, tampering with evidence, or repeating the crime. The investigating judge has reserved his decision, which will be communicated to the defense within five days.
