Culture, education, and public assistance: these are the goals the Municipality intends to achieve again in the new year. Manuela Serra, Councilor for Culture, Public Education, and Social Policies, analyzes the results achieved in 2025, with the commitment to guarantee the same services to citizens in 2026: "Pula continues to have as its primary goal making its community an inclusive place, suitable for children and the elderly. For this reason, we wanted to support families in order to combat all forms of vulnerability, caring for children and minors through recreational and educational support, such as during the summer, for example, when schools are closed and parents are at work."
One of the most important and highly successful tools was the Beach Day program in Nora and Santa Margherita: "We also organized trips once a week and expanded the Sports Week program," says Serra. "Through targeted projects and activities, we provided valuable support to parenting through ongoing schooling and created important moments of sharing and support in collaboration with the Crea Center and Lorenzo Braina."
