Traffic and severe disruption continued today on the provincial road to Gannì, at the roundabout near the old Eastern Highway. Long queues, flashing traffic lights, roadworks, and drivers forced to stop constantly even under the rising sun. This situation has been ongoing for some time, with road cuts and the demolition of the roadway for the installation of the Tyrrhenian Link cables. Work is also still ongoing on the Maracalagonis-Sinnai-Settimo bypass.
