The issue of staff is also tied to the regulatory compliance of documents and regulations. Will the temporary managers appointed by the previous extraordinary administrator be confirmed?
I have the utmost respect for the managers and executives currently working within the organization and for the work they have done and will continue to do with commitment and professionalism. Upon the natural expiration of their mandates, I will proceed, in full compliance with the regulations, to select new trusted figures who can best support this phase of renewal.
