Problems with “exceptional” transport: wind turbine blocked for hours on the 131 junction

Tractor problems, the giant wind turbine remains blocked for hours on the junction of State Road 131 for Samassi.

The strategy of carrying out night transports to avoid traffic problems and the possibility of protests by some protestors did not work this time: the exceptional transfer of the large piece of the plant – destination Santu Miali in Villacidro – around 3 am “got stuck” on an exit ramp of the state road, at kilometre 42,500.

According to leaks, the cause would be a problem with the engine of the "tractor".

Meanwhile, traffic towards State Road 293 was reopened shortly before 5 pm and the shovel reached the Villacidro construction site. Anas workers and the Carabinieri were on site.
