Stefano Baldino, a Sassari entrepreneur renowned for creating events with his "C&B Luxury", was acquitted yesterday in court in Sassari.
The man was charged with possession and dealing of drugs because, in 2021, 11 kg of marijuana were found in a container parked in Predda Niedda in the courtyard of his business by the financiers of the Porto Torres tenancy. During the investigation it emerged, as Baldino himself immediately declared, that several people had access to the keys to the company. Furthermore, a few months after the events, a man of non-EU origin was found in the warehouse while he stole goods, taking advantage of the fact that he had the keys.
In discussion, the prosecutor Ilaria Achenza had requested acquittal for the entrepreneur as well as the defense lawyer Marco Manca who had focused on the evidence capable of exonerating his client. Judge Paolo Bulla ordered the acquittal "for not having committed the crime".
