Burglary at the Q8 fuel station on the former 131 , near the Li Lioni hamlet in Porto Torres.

During the night just passed, between December 7th and 8th, unknown individuals are said to have torn down the column where the banknotes are inserted for refueling, along with the reinforced concrete base, which was literally uprooted from the ground, taking away the contents.

An operation probably carried out with the help of an off-road vehicle that would have hooked the detached system from the surface together with the platform tiles.

The report was immediately received by the Sassari police headquarters , which dispatched a highway patrol, which arrived on the scene along with the patrol car. Police officers from the Porto Torres fixed police station also attended the scene of the robbery. An investigation has begun to identify the perpetrators.

The area is poorly guarded, and only images from video surveillance cameras could help investigators reconstruct the dynamics and quantify the contents inside the self-service checkout.
