Great participation in the public tours of the Italian Navy's Orione P410 vessel, organized in Porto Torres on April 8 and 9.

The event allowed many families and curious people to climb aboard and learn about the crew, the means and the technologies of the Patttugliatore d'altura, the second unit of the Costellazioni class of the second series. 90 meters long, it is designed for coastal patrol, maritime traffic control, anti-piracy operations, the fight against illegal immigration and rescue missions.

Visitors, including school groups, children and teenagers, were able to admire the ship launched in 2002 with the name of a constellation, a unit that regularly participates in joint operations with European and allied navies. Its very young crew ensures safety on national and international seas every day.

But in recent days, the mission has wanted to meet the community, thanks to an opening designed to bring citizens and institutions closer to those who work every day for the security and defense of the country.
