Approximately twenty days before the June 7th and 8th elections, the conference room of the Porto Torres Port Museum hosted the official presentation of the "Sardegna Vera" list, consolidating the strategic alliance within the Sardinian Identity Center, a coalition that also unites Sardegna al Centro 2020 and the "Sardinian Action Party" led by mayoral candidate Sara Dettori. A significant number of supporters and allies filled the room to hear the speeches of the individual aspiring councilors, 14 candidates including current and former administrators, professionals, and young talents, a group that will be at the forefront of the upcoming local elections.

The meeting provided an opportunity to outline the group's program and introduce the individual candidates. At the heart of "Sardegna Vera"'s political proposal are the protection of local identity and the centrality of citizens in political debate. Throughout the evening, contributions were made by several key members of the list, including former Prime Minister Carlo Cossu, coordinator of the group, who opened the proceedings by highlighting the solidity and coherence of the identity project. Michele Bassu, outgoing city councilor, reviewed the work accomplished, acknowledging the battles already fought for the community. Finally, Marco Ballisai, Giada Solinas, Antonio Giordo, Francesca Cugurullo, and Mosè Braghin outlined their respective program priorities, ranging from social policies to trade, youth policies, and cultural policies. Also on the list are Sara Paola Chen (known as Sara), Alessandra Leoni, Pietro Appicela, Giuliana Pitzanti, Nadia Fattacciu, Chiara Loi, Daniele Zirulia.

"Tonight's extraordinary public response demonstrates that Porto Torres is demanding change—a change that is genuine, proud, and rooted in the values of our land," said mayoral candidate Sara Dettori. "With the 'Sardegna Vera' list and the entire Polo Identitario coalition, we are deploying expertise, passion, and a concrete program to restore our city to its rightful leading role in the landscape of northern Sardinia."
