The Postamat terminal works intermittently , often out of order, and when post offices are closed, it becomes a real problem for many users. Complaints are coming from the residents of Porto Torres, who complain about technical problems at both branches, located on Via Ettore Sacchi and Via Ponte Romano, and a rather antiquated cash withdrawal system, with ATMs frequently jamming, leaving users empty-handed.
Since the Christmas holidays , service disruptions have been occurring regularly , putting customers' nerves to the test, especially on days when cash is most needed. "The ATMs are apparently outdated, and when repairs are needed, they only work for a few days before both of them simultaneously fail again. It would be advisable to replace the terminals," residents explain.
Customers who come to withdraw money are often forced to wait in long lines at post offices to obtain the service, with long waits due to limited staff.
